Accessibility statement

Fernald & Zaffos wants everyone to be able to use this website. We build it to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target and do not use an overlay widget.

Our standard

We design and test this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the conformance target. That includes keyboard access to every control, visible focus, text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, alternative text for meaningful images, captions and labels for forms, and layouts that work when text is enlarged or the screen is narrow.

How we test

We check pages with automated tools and by hand, using a keyboard and a screen reader. Automated tools can’t find every problem, so people test the forms, menus and filters directly. Most recent review: October 30, 2026.
