Mishelle Moeller is an experienced employment law and business litigation attorney.  Prior to joining Fernald & Zaffos, she was Counsel for The Wonderful Company—a privately held food conglomerate with such brands as FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Justin Wines, Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds and Wonderful Citrus (Cuties/Halos) for seven years.

While there, she worked on class actions against Coca-Cola and Pepsi, as well as employment and business litigation.  She also created and managed the business immigration practice for The Wonderful Company, which provided immigration services for all employees and potential employees of The Wonderful Company.

Prior to that, Mishelle worked for Gibson Dunn for three years working on various class action cases. 

Mishelle was admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia in 2002 and California in 2009.
