Fernald & Zaffos nominated Darren M. Salvin, Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TAP Worldwide, LLC for the 2014 Corporate Counsel awards organized by the Los Angeles Business Journal.  Mr. Salvin has been general counsel for TAP Worldwide since 2009.  Before that he was general counsel for Transamerican Autoparts.  TAP Worldwide is the largest retailer, distributor and manufacturer of aftermarket parts and accessories for pickup trucks and SUVs worldwide. Fernald & Zaffos represents TAP Worldwide in a wide variety of litigation matters, ranging from products liability, to labor and employment, to intellectual property.  The awards luncheon will be held at the JW Marriot at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles on October 21, 2014.
